You have defined your goals and you are ready to begin your journey. We will start you strong by taking you through the fundamentals of training and sound habits putting you on the road to success!

Once you have the basics down you’ll book group or personal sessions easily on our app, enjoy the workouts with awesome people and reach your goals in no time!

The coaches are attentive and supportive. Even during the quarantine, they are present- several choices for home workouts via Zoom and YouTube, supportive texts, and meal plans. This helps normalize my life during this pandemic.

My experience with clamtown fitness has been awesome. Sara has been personal training me to help me understand the work outs. She has been so patient and very helpful. It’s made my insecurities less, this is not an intimidating gym concept. Everyone has been so encouraging and positive. Cindy is my nutrition coach and her knowledge and warm personality makes it so easy. I’m looking forward to continuing my health journey here.

OUR CURRENT SCHEDULE
Our classes are one hour and will encompass warmup, the workout, cool down, and discussion. We ask that all those scheduled to attend class be on time.
